Wally Johnson - VP, Supply Chain Management

Prior to joining EPIC in March 2000, Mr. Johnson served as Purchasing Manager for Visteon Interior Systems. Mr. Johnson joined
Ford in June, 1989 and served in a variety of Purchasing positions, as well as supervisor of Custom Integrated Circuits Development (1994-1995).
From 1995 to 2000, Mr. Johnson was in charge of strategic electronic component purchasing for Ford and then Visteon's Electronic Operations. Prior
to Ford and Visteon, Mr. Johnson worked for Perceptron (1984-1989) most recently, as Manager of Operations and before that at Westinghouse, Numa Logic
(1984-1989) as a Design Engineer. Mr. Johnson holds a BSEE from Michigan State University, a Masters in Computer Engineering from Wayne State
and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
