Mr. Fries became the Chief Financial Officer of EPIC on May 1, 2001. He was a former principal of EPIC Technologies holding various positions of responsibility for the accounting, human resources, and purchasing areas from 1989 through 2001. Prior to joining EPIC, Mr. Fries, was the Controller Sheller Globe Truck Cab Assembly plant, Plant Accountant for Stowe-Woodward Company and a Staff Accountant for the CPA firm of Hammersmith, Roche and Jenkins. Mr. Fries is a graduate of Adrian College with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, and holds a Masters of Business Administration from Ashland College.
