John Sammut - President & CEO

Mr. Sammut has served as President & CEO of EPIC since 1999. He was earlier associated with TMW Enterprises, a Private Equity group
and its portfolio company, Electro-Wire Products in a variety of engineering and business development positions in the U.S. and Europe. He also held
a variety of engineering positions at Ford Motor Company. Mr. Sammut holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and Industrial Management
from Lawrence Technological University and an MBA from INSEAD, the European Institute of International Business.
