Jochen Lipp- VP of Operations & COO

Prior to joining EPIC in October 1999, Mr. Lipp was the Operations Manager for Alcoa Fujikura, Ltd. (AFL) in Juarez, Mexico since
1995. In this position, Mr. Lipp was responsible for launching AFL’s new electronics manufacturing operation to supply automotive OEMs. In addition
to receiving QS-9000 certification, this facility achieved “world class” quality levels and was awarded the highest quality supplier status from VW
de Mexico. In previous assignments with AFL, Mr. Lipp was responsible for electronic manufacturing operations in Germany and launching two facilities
in Hungary from 1990 to 1995. Mr. Lipp holds the German equivalent (“meister”) of Master of Science degrees in Electronics as well as Operations/Business
Management.
