Electronic Data Interchange

EPIC offers WEB based data services to our customers and suppliers as part of our Data Warehouse strategy. Access to these services requires a user name and password which is available from your contact at EPIC or one of our divisions.

Epic also exchanges traditional EDI with many of our suppliers.  If you are interested in receiving your orders or forecast via this method, please contact the Epic EDI Specialist at 423-461-2020.

If you already exchange traditional EDI with Epic and have issues or problems with your data, please contact your company's EDI team first.  Otherwise, call the number above for assistance.
