EPIC has adopted several world-class quality systems and efficiency initiatives through our focus on continuous improvement. All employees are involved
in the development and implementation of process improvements. From procurement through production, EPIC team members are focused on finding ways to
improve quality and efficiency, and reduce total cost. This has enabled us to achieve significant cost reductions over the past three consecutive years.
We are also achieving industry leading performance in many metrics, including inventory turns (internally as well as for our customers), on-time delivery,
quality, cash conversion cycle, return on invested capital, etc. We are on dock-to-stock status with the majority of our customers.
